From First Contact to Finished Project
A simple, streamlined process to take your project from idea to delivery — with clear steps, transparent timelines, and no guesswork along the way.
STEP 1 Submit Your Consultation Form
Share your project details and timeline so we can start on the same page.
I pre-book projects, but I do not work on partially gathered “work in progress” files.
All projects must be fully ready — including copy, images, and any required assets — before work begins.
STEP 2 Schedule a Project Chat
We’ll set up a quick, 30-minute call to discuss your project in detail.
I’ll send an email to schedule at a time that works for you.
STEP 3 Confirm With Payment & Agreement
All hourly retainers are due in full before work begins. Project-based fees are billed at 50% to start, 50% halfway through, before completion.
Payment is due within 3 days to keep your reserved spot.
There is a 25% cancellation fee before work begins; no refunds are issued after work starts.
STEP 4 Project in Progress
Sit back while I bring your project to life.
Hourly retainer clients receive weekly updates on Fridays or when tasks are completed, along with a monthly recap of hours used.
Project clients will have agreed timelines and scheduled check-ins based on the project setup.
STEP 5 Review & Request Revisions
Once your project is complete, submit the revision/edit form.
For flat-rate projects, one detailed round of revisions is included. (Hourly retainers are not limited to one set of revisions.)
STEP 6 Offboarding & File Delivery
Before closing out your project or retainer, I’ll send all final files and materials related to your project so you have everything you need moving forward.
